Book Review: Pleasant & Peaceful

A coworker of mine had something similar to these balls, which she kept in her office, and I confess that the product captured my interest then, but it was one of those things that took a while to really consider purchasing. However, the day came when I made the decision to learn more about the meditation balls. I am happy I did. This is an excellent little item to purchase for oneself for home or office or as a little thinking of you type gift. They are perfect for the person-on-the-go or for a traveler.
The balls that I received in my kit had a vibrant blue, red, and gold design, which looks differently from the customer Image displayed on this page, which seems green and white. I like the ones that I received! They are smooth and well-made. They feel sturdy, and as they move easily in your hands, they emit a pleasant "wind chime" like jingle that calls you to peaceful thoughts and relaxation. You hear the sound, and you feel the vibration of the hidden producers of the sound within the balls.
The little book that is included describes some helpful exercises that utilize the balls. Some of these are for simple relaxation while others can offer relief for hand stress and / or help to improve dexterity.

People with bigger hands may prefer larger balls than the ones provided in this miniature kit. (The miniature kit makes a great travel version though!) Doing a search on Amazon for Chinese Healthy Balls, baoding balls, or harmony balls can offer more choices.
UPDATE: I purchased the Dragon / Phoenix Chinese Healthy balls too! They make great companions to this Miniature kit.
