I am a beginner golfer and this book is helpful for the mental part of golf! I would suggest it to anyone that plays golf. I gave to a friend that throws clubs in frustration and she played a round for the first time with no broken clubs and was relaxed, she says the book is helping her too

This is book is a ride in terms how to control positive mental thoughts and negative thoughts. I was able to redistribute how I was going to play present and suppress thoughts that clouded my mind. A great read I enjoyed every chapter in this fun book on mental golf.

There are a lots of technical advised for the swing, ball position, etc. All of that should be good, but mind is the master! This book describes by a good point of view the main driver of our game. It has a bonus: you can put some ideas in your life.

I have probably read a dozen books about the mental side of golf. Everything from Rotella to Prince's "Thought Free Gol" to Pia Nilsson's "Every shot must have purpose". All filled with great information. Zen Golf is the best.
