Book Reviews of Zen Golf: Mastering the Mental Game

Book Review: highly enjoyable...
Summary: 5 Stars

really focuses on the mental side of the game. has improved my game overall...mostly by putting me in the correct mind frame. has actually made the game more fun, adding perspective to the entire game.

recommended for all golfers...give this book a try. it might not subtract 10 strokes off your game, but will make the game more enjoyable, which in the end is what we are all looking for.

Book Review: Zen Golf is the Second Best
Summary: 5 Stars

I loved this book! I learned more about the art of the mental game of golf in this thin volume than in a half dozen longer times (.e.: The Mental Games of Golf). I would put this up there with "See It Sink It" or "Every Shot Must Have a Purpose".

A must have for any serious golfer. I dare you to read the story about the golden statue and tell me that it didn't affect you!

Book Review: Lowered my scores
Summary: 5 Stars

Okay, I'm not ready to turn pro now, but I had never once shot below 90 prior to reading this. Then, one night I was bored and picked it up (quick read -- couple hours or so) and decided to zen out next time on the course. I followed just a few simple ideas from the book and shot an 84. It was the first time in a while that golf was fun again and not so dang frustrating. Loved it.

Book Review: Great Gift
Summary: 5 Stars

This was a great gift for my husband. He loves it even though he's not actually all that much of a serious golfer. He is re-reading it because he likes the principles the book teaches--confidence, positive thinking, and more.

I have started reading the book, and so far, I enjoy it, too. So you definitely do not have to be an avid golfer to appreciate this read.

Book Review: Excellent!
Summary: 5 Stars

You don't have to be Buddhist to appreciate the lessons in this book. Seriously, I have read this book three times before three different golf seasons, and it has always made me focus on the important aspects of golf. It teaches some really great ways to calm and relax yourself as well as some tips on how to play smarter golf.
Buy it- you will be happy about it.
