Dyer believes that inspiration can be cultivated and that it is an achievable state of being.
This book is essentially a distillation of Dyer's other works. He presents 365 basic spiritual principles in one or two sentences. This is not a book you sit down to read; rather it is a daily inspirational guide, best suited for meditative/contemplative purposes.
