This is a very well-written book that is both entertaining and informative. The authors handles his subject with an ease that speaks of complete mastery of the topic. I should love to be able to attend some of his lectures! The book would serve very well as a supplementary text in any college level class focusing on the process of and the evidence for evolution and can also be recommended to the casual reader.
