Book Reviews of Your Body's Many Cries for Water

Book Review: Just What I wanted
Summary: 5 Stars

A better understanding of the importance of water, and following the directions in this book as well as others the author has written, has allowed me to stop taking high blood pressure meds! Yes! No more drugs! And, I feel so much better. It's all due to at least 8 glasses of water PLUS salt.

Book Review: water book a must
Summary: 5 Stars

This book is easy to read, full of wisdom and sound advice. A must for everyone, and anyone who cares about their health and sense of well being.

Book Review: Very informative, but.....
Summary: 4 Stars

We all know to drink plenty of water every day, but the reason I think this book is worth the time, is that not every body knows why we need to drink two and a half liters of water every day. Not everyone knows we need salt in our food instead of avoiding it while increasing our intake of water.
This book includes interesting information about the relation between water intake and lack of sleep, overeating, tiredness, and other health problems.

The book also includes quotes at the beginning of most chapters; I honestly didn't see the connection between some of these quotes and the information presented. Another aspect that I didn't comprehend is the number of testimonies that the author felt obligated to include in his work. The info is sufficient without the large number of testimonies. After all, any reader will be looking at the scientific merit of the evidence, not for human validation of the author's presentation of the evidence.
