I've always been a water lover...it's the main thing I've been drinking throughout my life. But I never really knew how important pure water was for the body until I read this book...diabetes, arthritis, asthma...these and many other conditions can be prevented and treated by simply drinking more water! After reading this book, I started increasing my water intake, remembering to drink water when I wake up in the morning and between meals. I feel a lot better and have this book and author to thank. I recommend this book to everyone out there!!!
Book Review: Simple, sensible and it works!! Summary: 5 Stars
When I first read this book years ago, I though it sounded good and I followed the procedure for a while. A recent question on a forum site made me look this book over again. I've been following the formula fairly well, and have cut the use of my inhaler medicine by 75%, feel more energetic, and my skin is smoother. These copies are being given to friends who are interested and I may be ordering more in the future.
Dr. Batman has presented a very simple way for each of us to take better charge of our own health.

Having been certified in medical exercise for over 25 years and constantly seeking well researched information about the food and water we consume, I have no hesitation in recommending this book to anyone needing more information on how and why bodily hydration truly is a life or death scenerio. If you truly want excellent health well in to your later years, this is the book to read.
Book Review: Water Therapy Summary: 5 Stars
Dr. Batman's book confirmed what I already knew. Five years ago, I was running in circles trying to search for a cure to my many ailments. There were too many therapies I had to choose from all promising a cure. I thought I'd made it simple by focusing on the cell. What is it made of? Upon knowing that it is composed of 65-70% water, I said, ok, I have something to focus on.
Book Review: Great Book Summary: 5 Stars
I've always known I should drink lots of water, but only since reading this book do I actually believe it. I've made a couple changes based on the doctor's suggestions, and notice a positive difference in how I feel. I almost didn't buy the book because I thought it was too basic, but I'm glad I did. My only complaint is that the quality of printing is a bit poor.
