As a family we watch the BBC America show, You are what you eat, on a regular basis and love Gillian. The cookbook is great!! The only thing that would be helpful is to include a conversion table because they measure things differently and also an understanding of the wording they use for vegetables. For example aubergine means eggplant on this side of the Atlantic. We love the program and the recipes and are experimenting as we speak. This is good stuff!!

I bought this book to go along with the YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT book. I watch the BBC show and see the foods Gillian repares for some of the folks. I had wanted to try the recipes and now I can. I love this way of eating and have found her recipes to be easy to follow and for the most part pretty tasty.

I've seen her show on the BBC channel and love it. My boys have alot of food allergies and sensitivities to many commonly used ingredients, including sugar. This book has some awesome-looking recipes. I haven't tried any yet, but plan to very soon.

I used to Food Combine years ago and forgot how good I could feel using the method of eating. I saw Dr. Gillian on Dr. Oz and had an aha moment. I have been using the cookbook and am thoroughly enjoying the recipes and ideas.

This is a great cookbook for getting healthy. Gillian has great ideas and I love her show. I bought the cookbook because of the show. The smoothies are great.
