Book Reviews of You Are What You Eat CookbookBook Review: Easy, Healthy, and Delicious! Summary: 5 Stars
My husband and I love Gillian's show but a lot of her foods always left us drooling. All of the recipes I wanted are here, including the onion gravy! It goes to show that being healthy doesn't mean being deprived. The instructions are clear (although in metric measurements) and there is a lot of invaluable nutritional information. I can't wait to try more of these mouthwatering creations!

I had to Google some of the things listed to find out what they were but hey it's all a part of the learning process! And getting educated about the right foods to eat is the direction I want to go in. This book is amazing the recipes are amazing and very tasteful. I have to guard this book when I take it to work so that no one "borrows" it from me!
Book Review: This book is great! Summary: 5 Stars
This book is great! It is written in a way that is easy to read yet informative without being condescending. I love the show and the book is a great help to get my own act in gear. You just have to be mindful if you are an American of the subtle differences with the English English such as aubergine are eggplant.
Book Review: Good Cookbook Summary: 5 Stars
This is a great cookbook with lots of good recipes. There are not as many vegetarian or vegan meals as I would have hoped but lots of good meals, nonetheless. Measurements are in milliliters, etc so you'll need to print off a conversion chart. All in all a great cookbook, one I would definitely recommend.
