Book Reviews of Yoga AnatomyBook Review: Yoga Anatomy Summary: 5 Stars
I am learning Anatomy and Physiology as part of a course on Ayurveda. Yoga is also a component of the course. When I saw this book, I was very interested to purchase it as it shows clearly the parts of the body which are active (stimulated) during yoga asanas. A great help for my studies.

Book Review: Excellent! Summary: 5 Stars
Absolutely excellent book! I even went back to purchase another one to give as a gift!
I've already started recommending this book to my yoga students so that they'll understand which muscles are activated during a pose.
I highly recommend!
Book Review: Interesting Read Summary: 5 Stars
Very interesting book on Yoga that demonstrates all the parts of the body that different poses have an effect on. Also reviews some of the lesser poses. I got it for my Fiancee who is a big yoga/physiology nut. I found parts of it pretty interesting as well.
Book Review: A great help for serious Yoga Students Summary: 5 Stars
Connecting with various parts of the body is difficult. This book with it's excellent illustrations facilitates the visualization and the possible related sensation of a pose. Sensing position and alignment are difficult and this book helps that process.
