Book Review: Great Little Book!!

I purchased the third edition of this book because I was tired of checking out the second edition from the library; I was using it that much! It has an excellent combination of business school theory and practical examples for a variety of businesses. The authors provide an outline for a business plan but also indicate when a section may not be necessary for a particular business or financing situation. This is a professional level book more for use by MBAs than by a mom and pop retail business but the material is clear enough to be used by both.
