Book Reviews of World Without EndBook Review: World Without End is Awesome Summary: 5 Stars
World Without End is the best book I have ever read. It will keep you spellbound throughout its entirety. I could not put it down. Ken Follett knows how to engage his readers and hold their interest by making his characters come alive with true to life emotions. As other writers bore you with descriptions you tend to skip over, Ken knows how to put you right into the scene and make you feel a part of the action by blending descriptions into the storytelling as an important part of the whole. Don't look at the size of the book. Believe me, you will wish it, too, was wihout end.
Book Review: loved it Summary: 5 Stars
I read Pillars of the Earth, and although this book contains many similarities to it's prequel, I think the story was just as good, and the characters were just as lovable/loathesome. I started becoming super enthralled by the middle of the book, but the time you put in to get through the beginning is well worth it. This book contained a lot of information about so many different themes- history, medicine, feminism, religion, etc. and was a great story about love, hate, revenge, and betrayal. I absolutely loved it and am sad that it is over.
Book Review: A worthy follow up to Pillars Summary: 5 Stars
As an engineer and an avid fan of historical novels I have found both novels exceptional. Follett delivers exceptional characters and captivating delivery, but he also discusses real engineering issues. Who knows, perhaps this is how builders first came to struggle with wind loading and river scour. Real issues handled in a manner that makes them approachable by the reader. I am very impressed with the level of research put forward. I consider both books among the best I have read.
Book Review: World without end Summary: 5 Stars
Ken Follett's follow on book after "The Pillars of the Earth" is as equally fascinating as the first book . The characters are well developed, the story line is fast moving and the reader is magically transported to 14th Century England. A real page turner. Despite its length, I couldn't put it down and spent three sleepless nights reading it.But, the book was worth it. Hope, Follett will write a third book on this town, subject, and characters.

Book Review: Definitely Worth the Read Summary: 5 Stars
I read this book over a year ago and still find myself daydreaming about it! The length of the book may be intimidating to some, but the book flies by. I fell in love with all of the story lines and felt sad when the book was over. My only advice is to try and pay attention early on to all the character's names because it gets a little confusing because the book is written over many years with many different characters!
Awesome read for men and women alike!
