Book Review: The best of the Tower series
Summary: 5 Stars
The Dark Tower is my favorite series of all time, and of all seven installments, Wizard and Glass is my absolute favorite. In it, we finally get to delve into the history of Roland Deschain and get some insight as to why he is who he is. This story takes a complete side step from the rest of the series and could actually be read alone without ever picking up another Dark Tower book. To do that, however, would be to deprive the constant reader of the intense and fabulous journey of the ka-tet of 19 and 99 so I certainly recommend reading them all.
