Amazon has no button anywhere on this book's page to let Amazon know I like this book. I'm sorry for writing a review that is entirely moot, but I want to add this book to my list of recommendations, and maybe writing a review will clue Amazon in to the fact that I own it.
It's a great book, but it's a "middle" in a trilogy. Very interesting concept - that's why I like C.S. Friedman - most of her worlds revolve around a given concept or two and its long term results on the surrounding world. Won't say what the concept is, but by the end of the book, the world has gone from black and white to a very curious shade of gray.
Definitely read it. And Amazon - stop being stupid. I own the book. Get the hint.
