How dare they call this book "Make Ahead" when there are no make-ahead recipes. Aside from a handful of obvious freezable foods (didn't need ANOTHER mac-and-cheese recipe, thanks), there aren't even make-ahead TIPS for the rest. A complete waste of money if you're looking for something to make more than a few hours before serving.
