I have suffered Fibromyalgia for 11+ years and was recommended this book by a fellow sufferer - my sister. The book is well written, informative, logical, explanative, easy to understand, and best of all if you follow the recommendations to the letter .................. IT WORKS!!!

I recommend reading the book, following the 3 phase protocol then diving in.

Unfortunately this is a cold turkey situation - if you can't or won't give 100% then you have only yourself to blame if it doesn't work.

But it does work!!
