If you have an AD/HD relative or spouse, buy this book TODAY. It's the best one I've ever seen in terms of explaining things simply and directly, like an AD/HD person needs, and it's arranged in such a way to be easy to read and easy to find what you need. I've been with my husband 32 years, and we've raised an AD/HD child, with great resources and other books to help, but this book still is extremely useful and helpful. Outstanding resource for hands-on learning of social skills too!
