I really liked this cookbook because it is hard to find a good diet cookbook that is vegetarian. There are tips throughout the book on weight loss and the recipes are tasty. Even if you are not a vegetarian this is a good cookbook because it gives a healthy alternative to eating if you are looking for a change. As with other WW cookbooks, it gives the breakdown on nutrition information to help with managing daily caloric intake.
