Book Review: Love, Love, Love This Book!!!!!

I purchased this book to help guide me on my weight loss surgery journey and am SO very glad that I did. I already have my surgery scheduled (5 days from now) and this book has already been very helpful. I highly recommend this book to anybody that is considering, having or has had this surgery. It covers all stages of your bariatric surgery. It tells you how to find a surgeon, which surgery is right for you, how to get approval by insurance companies, what foods to eat before, during and after, and even tells you what to pack to bring to the hospital! From the day I opened this book, I have been unable to put it down.
