I had to get this book for school. A lot of the information is very common sense & waste of time to read. My "favorite" is a photo of a fax machine.. and them describing how as a manager you may be required to fix things like - the fax machine!

It is designed to give the reader a clear sense of the assistant's responsibilities not only in working with the veterinarian, but also in other key areas often overlooked in other resource manuals. The author covers such topics as interpersonal communication with clients and co-workers, how the billing and payments system works, record keeping and filing.
