Book Reviews of Vedic PhysicsBook Review: Explaining the Vedas with help of modern science Summary: 5 StarsI was skeptical about this book, but when to expect nothing, all the suprises are positive - this book certainly proved to be excellent. This book contains a very good explanation about the origins of Vedas and points way to true meaning and purpose of the Vedas, is pleasant to read and very interesting, you have to read it! :)
Book Review: Where is the science? Summary: 1 StarsI was looking forward to some ineresting science from the vedas. What this book provided was disappointing conjecture. A waste of time.
Book Review: Waste of time Summary: 1 StarsThis is a total waste of time
Book Review: Pure Fiction Summary: 1 StarsThere is not a grain of truth in this book. If the author claims to understand these things why can't he write one thing which has not yet discovered
Book Review: A very thought-provoking book Summary: 5 StarsI've always been interested in this subject matter ever since I saw Carl Sagan's "Cosmos" miniseries (where he mentions Hinduism's approach to cosmology). Unfortunately we ordinary people overlook and thus miss out on deeper meanings in our own books. The Rg Veda is the heritage not only of Hinduism, but of all humanity. Roy's interpretations were, to say the least, mind-blowing. I was fascinated and read the book in a day. I can't wait to read it again. There are a lot of Sanskrit words, but the "glossary" at the end was a very helpful reference. Whether you agree with him or not, this book is written by a brilliant scholar and his research is very thorough. I have recommended this book to other friends and relatives of mine, so I can have someone to discuss it with! I urge you also to read it, esp. if you are from India, it will make you proud.
