This is the best in the Argeneau Series! After seeing all her children happily settled with their lifemates Marguerite decides to try something new, a career as a PI! She is working on a case where she is hunting down info about another immortals mother. Julius Notte has protected his son from the truth about his mother for over 500 hundred years and journeys to England after hearing about Marguerite. To almost everyone's surprise Julius is Marguerites Lifemate, but this story has more twists to it than just that. This is not the first time Julius and Marguerite have met, much to everyone's surprise especially Marguerite's! These two must face a past that comes back to try and divide them once again.
