Well, I ordered this book on accident. I was attempting to put it on my Wish List and must have hit the "1 click order" button. Best mistake this year though! The shades of technological limitations add some great depth to this book. Many authors simplify their worlds by including instant communication across vast distances of space and magical sensors that are faster then light. I love this series, its a good read and great characters. I am enjoying the new novel in the series "Valiant" but I don't want to read to fast becuase I don't know when the next one will be published. Black Jack Geary is a mix between Kirk and Picard (Star Trek fame).

I'm not one for writing reviews, so I'll just say I really like this series. Jack Campbell has been able to describe enough detail that I can see the scenes playing out in my mind. I can't wait for the last 2 books to come out.
