I AM A SHARON SALZBERG FAN. I BELIEVE THIS IS A VERY INEXPENSIVE INVESTMENT FOR SOMEONE WANTING TO EXPLORE AND ACTUALLY TRY OUT MEDITATION IN THEIR LIVES.
