Book Reviews of Unmasking the Face: A Guide to Recognizing Emotions From Facial Expressions

Book Review: Book arrived clean and in good condition
Summary: 5 Stars

The book arrived as specified, clean and in good condition. The subject is one of language, in this case unspoken language, of the type most often used among us. To stifle this function in an effort to remain conceited, would likely bring disastrous internal discord- which can again be read. Perhaps this book encourages us to be more forthcoming and friendly.

Book Review: Gives great insight to daily interactions.
Summary: 5 Stars

I find that what I learned from this book is something I use every day in my interactions with others. I definitely feel that I will read this again to get more out of it. A bit of a tough read, and the layout can be frustrating... I find myself flipping back and forth to see the associated pictures. Worth the price.

Book Review: The Ultimate Guide for Reading Others
Summary: 5 Stars

I've been familiar with Ekmans work for several years now; I have found nothing else that even comes close to providing the reader with the knowledge they need to master the science of reading the emotions of others by decoding their facial expressions. Ekman is the king!

Book Review: Worth a read from anyone interested in this stuff
Summary: 5 Stars

Paul Ekman is a real pioneer. Before he did his groundbreaking research, the prevailing explanation for facial expressions was that they are learned behaviors societally-imposed, not that they come from humans' basic biology.

Book Review: Very useful info by the master!
Summary: 5 Stars

Self proclaimed master of emotion presents us with quite a bit of interesting and useful info on the face and its display range...

Another helpful book to my Animatronics work..
