Although I liked this product very much the CD of the meditation wasn't very good. The timing thing was not good at all which made it quite annoying.
That being said ... the principle is easy to follow and is worthwhile for meditation purposes.
I would reccommend this product for sure.
Summary of Understanding Your Angels
On this fascinating CD program, the incomparable John Edward shows you how to use tools such as meditation and visualization to contact your guides. First, John explains the difference between angels and guides. An angel, he says, is an energy that has never had a physical incarnation, but who can assist, protect, nurture, and inspire the human condition.
