Lynn Galli's book, "Uncommon Emotions," is another winner.
Joslyn is a corporate turn-around specialist. Raven works at the company Joslyn is attempting to turn around.
Sparks begin when Joslyn is ambushed by Kelly and kissed in the supply room. Joslyn always imagined she was straight, and this ambush begins her own turn around.
If you enjoyed Galli's other book "Wasted Heart," you'll be glad to know that Austy and Elise make cameo appearances here. Elise is an old college friend of Raven.
Seattle is our setting once more, and, like Austy, Joslyn loves tinkering with old cars. Raven is a car junkie as well, and that comes to play a part in this novel.
Wonderful sex scenes add to the story as well. Yes, there are misunderstandings; what would a lesbian romance novel be without those misunderstandings? All is resolved for a solid, entertaining ending.
Nice pacing, nice plot, cool characters. I wish Giovanni and Amalia had a restaurant in my town!! I can already taste the ravioli, rigatoni, and tiramisu.
