Book Reviews of Tuck EverlastingBook Review: Great Book - A Must Read Summary: 5 Stars
I enjoyed reading this book by Natalie Babbitt. Although I do not understand all of the words in this book, I still find it a great reading. I give it a 5 star because the story is original, suspenseful, and funny. Her words are descriptive. I can picture all of the characters in the story.
Winnie, a 10 year-old girl, was from a small town called Treegap. She discovered the secret to immortality. The story ended in a twist you would not want to miss.
I would not recommend this book to children under 10 years of age because it talks about death. The topic may deeply sadden them. I would recommend this book to children who can understand life and death. This book may be helpful to children who had experienced a death in the family.
The prologue and the epilogue will give you a summary of the book. My favorite part was when Mae and Winnie changed places. I was anxious and yet scared of what will happen next.
This is a book that you will not want to put down. Once you start reading the book, you will want to read on. It is one of the best books I have ever read!
Book Review: Tuck Everlasting Review Summary: 5 Stars
Tuck Everlasting is a wonderful book by Natalie Babbitt. The story is about Winnie (Winifred) Foster who is about to be put in a private school, so she decides to run away. While she is running through the woods, she finds a little pond. There at the pond is Jesse Tuck. He sees Winnie and tells her not to drink the water, she asks "Why?" He replies, "It's poisonous." Winnie looked odd and said, "You just drank it." But she just walked away, while she was walking she ran into Miles Tuck who kidnaps her. She is taken back to the Tuck's house for a long time. Her family gets worried and sends out help and a search team. Jesse and Winnie fall in love with each other and he tells her that if you drink the water, you live forever. So the Tuck's give her a bottle of the water for her to drink it. Ends up, she doesn't drink the water and she dies. The lesson is you live and you die, that's just life. I would totally recommend this book, it is just wonderful! The concept, where it takes place, the characters, and the words, how it is told. The concept of the book is awesome, that there is like live-forever type water.
Book Review: PLEASE READ TUCK EVERLASTING Summary: 5 Stars
Please read Tuck Everlasting! It is a great book. The book has an interesting setting. The brook, the wide wood, I could see all that in my mind. The author (Natalie Babbitt) did a great job adding descriptive words to the story, I'm sure that most people like descriptive language and you probably do too. This book has a great message to the reader, and that is to enjoy life while it lasts.
The book is quite interesting. Sometimes it's even funny. It is like your glued to the book. Have you ever been reading a book and then it's your bedtime and you start to read under the bed sheet with a flashlight. This is one of those books. This book has all the ingredients that a good book needs: there is drama in the book, which is Winnie dying. A good book also needs action, in the book that would be Mae hitting the man with a shotgun.
Tuck Everlasting has all those things and many more that spice up the book. You may not like Tuck Everlasting, but I do.

Book Review: It will make you sad Summary: 5 Stars
If you want a book for $7 then this is the novel for you.
Natalie Babbitt's lyrical novel, Tuck Everlasting, needs to be read by a person with a large vocabulary and a love of language. Babbitt uses a lot of descriptive writing in order to help the reader understand the setting and the people with in it, but a reader who just wants to read for the plot will miss important meaning.
There are two families in the story--one is orderly, the other is messy. Winnie, from the orderly family feels trapped. She yearns to make a difference in the world. So she runs away and meets a family where she can feel comfortable, important and loved. Because she loves this family so much she is willing to put her own life at risk in order to save them.
I liked the romance that developed between Winnie and Jesse and I enjoyed the Tuck family because they are living their life to the fullest. This is a fabulous novel that everybody would enjoy.
Book Review: I love tuck 5 Stars
I'm Devin and I love this book! I like how all of it is in the past and has adventure. I like because this is sort of like when I was stuck with a very big decision. The conflict is when Winnie Foster, main character, finds this spring with the Tucks guarding it. The setting is in Treegap, on the mainland in hot August with 10 year old Winnie Foster talking to the toad in her front yard. She is not happy with her parents watching her almost every minute of sunlight. She says she wants to run away and explore the world with freedom. But sadly she dosen't. but she is not too late it was early morning and she walked down the road in to the wood by her house. in the middle of the wood she spots a boy with a wild look. She jumps behind a bush and watches as he removes a pile of stones that reveal a spring. She walks out and demands a drink, but he would not let her. Then just as the argument started Mae Tuck walks in and says, "the worst has happened at last." Then the Jesse, the boy, and Mae snatch her up and take her away. Will she drink or not? Is she going to be OK?
