Book Review: Perfect Fluff for a Sunny Afternoon at the Beach

Most seventeen-year-olds would be looking forward to spending the summer in Aruba. Morgan Callahan is not most seventeen-year-olds. First of all, her leg is in a cast, which sort of rules out most forms of fun in the sun. Even if it didn't, Morgan is a natural redhead whose skin burns at the very idea of exposure to the sun.
The bigger problem, of course, is that Morgan is being shipped off to spend the summer with her father on Aruba. That would be the father she barely knows, the one she hasn't even seen for three years. And while Morgan knows she can't possibly spend the summer with her mother and her mother's new husband on their extended honeymoon in India, it irks her that her mother didn't trust her enough to let her stay in Boston with her friends.
If Morgan's arrival in Aruba is anything to go by (her father is too busy with work to pick her up so he sends his intern, Cyrus), she's not going to be getting much quality time with dear old Dad this summer. Still, there are consolations. Cyrus is kind of hot and seems interested in Morgan, and she makes a great new friend her second day on the island. Then Morgan uncovers some clues to her father's `work' and they aren't pointing to anything good. Is it possible that her Dad is some sort of international criminal?
