Book Review: great for beginners
Summary: 4 Stars
Terry explains the freestyle stroke in detail. I am a beginner just starting out with triathlons and found this book to be just what I needed. He focuses on streamlining and slipping through the water with ease, great for endurance events. If you are a sprinter this is not for you.After reading the first 5 chapters in an hour I went swimming and cut 30 sec and 7 strokes off my 100 time.
