This book has helped me to learn what I am doing wrong to make my back ache, what I can do to alleviate the pain, and what I need to do right to avoid future attacks. Excellent book. Worth more than the $25 co-pay to see my primary care physician.
Book Review: A great book for anyone with back pain Summary: 5 Stars
The excercises are simple and effective. It's important that you go see a physical therapist if you aren't getting the results described. I know I had to eliminate half the excercises and concentrate on one area until my back stablized.
Book Review: I must have bought 10 copies over the years Summary: 5 Stars
This is a great little book. I lend it out constantly and lose a few in the process to be replaced by a purchase from Amazon. I continue to use it myself as I fall back into old habits. Practical and easy to follow.
