Book Reviews of Treat Your Own BackBook Review: Good stuff! Summary: 5 Stars
A quick read, but it really helped me be proactive in treating my own back problems. I realized reading this how I mistakenly thought just stretching alot was the answer (it's only part of it) or perhaps working out the muscles in your core (which helps alot but still is not quite sufficient).
Recommended since it's a quick read and inexpensive.
Book Review: Great Book!!! Summary: 5 Stars
A friend referred me to this book when my back went out. My family physician referred me to a Neurosurgeon and and Orthopedic Surgeon after x-rays and an MRI. I read this book and followed the instructions along with using his Lumbar Supports on every chair I relax in. I feel fantastic and have not had to further my medical treatment with the surgeons!!!
Book Review: Bad Back Buy This Book Summary: 5 Stars
My husband's back was continually 'going out' on him. Someone suggested this book. Since he has been doing the exercises recommended he rarely has any back complaints. The time it bothers him is when he isn't doing what the book says. We have bought several copies and given them to others and they have also felt relief. It's definitely worth reading.
Book Review: Treat Your Own Back Summary: 5 Stars
This has been one of the most helpful books I have ever read. I have suffered with low back pain for several years and have been treated by several pain specialists. The exercises and information in this book have made a great difference. What a relief. I would recommend this book to anyone who suffers from lower back pain.
Book Review: Back Treatment helpful Summary: 5 Stars
I had an injury at work and was referred to a chiropractor. He had this book in his office and after trying some of the suggested exercises/stretches my pain was much less and I was able to do more of my regular activities. Would recommend this book to anyone with low back painl.
