Book Review: YES, I'm now a believer in TOTAL Immersion!!!

I have been swimming since I was 10 years old. I'm very comfortable in the water and I have done the front crawl/freestyle stroke, the back stroke, the breast stroke but not very efficiently. This year, I've wanted to improve my fitness by swimming and I immediately noticed that my stroke was SLOOOOOW! I couldn't believe how slow I was. I went out and bought a book on swimming but it didn't help me much, although it did motivate me to swim for fitness. I decided to buy the best selling book on Amazon.com for swimming, and TADA! I had seen this book in a bookstore but when I thumbed through it, I didn't like that it didn't have too many pictures. Boy, was I wrong! After just reading the first 5 chapters, my stroke improved immediately! I haven't finished the book, and when I do, I know that my stroke is going to be even more efficient! I'm totally, totally immersed in learning this method because it simply works. Oh, and don't fret about the lack of pictures... The book explains very, very well how to swim which is perfect for a swimming book because pictures don't move! I totally recommend this book!
