Book Reviews of Too Big for Diapers (Sesame Street) (Sesame Steps)Book Review: Very Good Summary: 5 Stars
We really like this book. Simple text. Simple but colorful illustrations. Easy message. We are starting to teach our 15-month-old son to use the potty. When we read this book with him, it looks like he understands what we are talking about and he seems to understand that he is like Ernie in that he smiles when we compare him to Ernie. Recommended.
Book Review: our toddler loves this book! Summary: 5 Stars
Our son LOVES this book. It is short with large simple pictures and it has quickly become a favorite. He is 20 months and we are just trying ot get him used to the idea of a potty. Other books that are meant to accomplish the same thing are so long and complicated he seems to get bored half way through. We love this short little book!
Book Review: Instant favorite Summary: 5 Stars
My 18 month old loved this book the moment it arrived in the mail. The pictures of baby Ernie are cute and the steps taught are simple, but complete. We read this book over and over. When we read it, our son wants to go use his potty like Ernie. The book uses the word "go" so it's easy to insert your word of choice (pee, poop, etc...).
Book Review: Bye-Bye Diapers Summary: 5 Stars
My 2 yr old son loves this book . He will sit on the potty for a long time now .
Before, he would only sit on the potty maybe 1 minute .
Now he goes pee-pee in potty atleast twice a week . ( we started potty training mid-January .) When my son sits on the potty he says
''Ernie Book , Bye-Bye Diapers !''
Book Review: Muppets are so engaging Summary: 5 Stars
If your child loves the Muppets as much as my 3 year old daughter does, then this would be a great book for them. She recieved this shortly before her 3rd birthday and was potty-trained about 6 weeks later. She really relates to the Muppet characters, so it was helpful to see how "Ernie does it". Highly recommend this.
