Book Review: Best book I've found!

About 3 years ago I decided I wanted to tone up and to maybe lose 5 lbs or so...and I've been using the book ever since. I just pop in a DVD or something and just do the workout, it's not too difficult and it does help the muscles a lot. Took a weight training class my Senior year of High School and many of the moves that my trainer suggested doing were VERY similar to those that I got out of the book, if not the same. Recommend it all of the way!
Although, I want to make note on some of the Diet sections of the book...I ended up going down a bad path when following her diet, primarily because of the extremes of the level of fat intake, etc. Although, she does have good advice (such as eating frozen yogurt (calcium does help), dabbing grease off pizza, etc) and provides fairly accurate info on foods to stay away from. I would be careful when limiting your fat intake to 15g or so a day...my metabolism is pretty quick and I lost a bit too much weight and didn't even realize it.
