Book Review: A great source of information on health issues

In my opinion, the most important thing any person can do to maintain a healthy body, is to to take charge of,and accept full responsibility of one's own health.
To be able to do this one needs a reliable source of medical information, which is free from any commercial bias.
So far the best source of information, I have come across is Andreas Moritz's book
"Timeless Secrets of Health & Rejuvenation".
The author deals with various topics of health in great detail, which enables one to go to the source of any health problem, rather than have medical professionals perscribe drugs to deal with the symptoms, while ignoring the true source of it.
The book encourages us to allow the body to heal itself, which it is designed to do.
