Book Reviews of the Tibetan Sound HealingCustomer Review: SoundHeal Summary: 4 Stars
A book and CD product. The CD includes a meditation to develop a positive mental state -- for example visualizing spacious desert sky, connecting with feeling good just to be alive rather than because of this or that condition. Book provides additional explanation of the practice. Ultimately using the CD for practice is more the point than the facts in the book. Based on BON energy practices. Probably of most benefit or interest to those with some background in terms and concepts from related Tibetan Buddhist meditation practices or in yogic concept of energy channels.
