Book Review: Yet another book of a low self esteem woman catering to a jerk

& these are the main characters Lara Ivory was okay and you get into her past but to where she accepts Joey a cold hearted using bastard who seems to be a profile for an abusive guy lets see
who alienates her from her friends & after one night of sex she lets him!From there she goes to whiny & the supposed hero of this book Joey he's a user of women & even uses the woman he claims 2 love by playing mind games w/ her & using her to further his career & talking about her behind her back & treating her like garbage & she laps it up this is no way a love story unless you can relate to a woman with low self esteem who puts the guy on a pedestal no matter how crappy he treats her the only character that was worth reading about in this book is Nikki who struggles with so many things but doesn't lose herself and strives for her goals we need more Lucky Santangelos & strong women not crap like this don't get me wrong from time to time if bored I'll pick up this trashy piece for the main reason it's way better then her recent books I doubt I'll be buying any of her new books hardcover anymore save $ hope her writing returns to her former glory
