I am a healing practitioner and Theta Healing is a very powerful technique. I think anyone with some previous healing, and meditation training can learn the technique from the book. The beauty of Theta Healing is that it is not running energy, as Reiki is, but having Creator heal. This is an awesome book! The book instructs you on how to reach the seventh plane along with commands for healing. It is a great recource I have found myself going back to it again and again.
It is best, however, when used in conjunction with one of Vianna's classes.
