Book Review: Not as good as The Tea Rose...
Summary: 3 Stars
I was hoping this book would be as enjoyable as The Tea Rose, but it's not quite. I think it's too long and the story is unfocused. I'd have preferred the story to focus more on India and leave out the characters from the previous book. It's not only long, it FEELS long when you read it. I do think Donnelly's research is great and she tells a good story when she gets going. I just don't think this one quite measures up.
