Book Reviews of The Wave (Laurel-Leaf contemporary fiction)Book Review: A frightning look on brain-washing and Nazi-ism. Summary: 5 Stars
This is an young adult book that is clear and great for suspence. As being a kid jew, it is extremly hard to understand the death camps, Hitlers ways, and how someone could do that. Todd Strasser's (in my opinoin)best book is written in wonderful words. I recomend this book to anyone who loves to read horror, sci. fiction, and/or adventure books. For a very long time, this was my favorite book.
Book Review: The Wave - Todd Strasser Summary: 5 Stars
I read this book recently, and it is truly awesome! In a nice little story, it deals with the issues of group/peer pressure, how power can get to a person's head, and the Nazis from WWII. It was amazing that this could actually happen in a school, and I think I was further drawn to the book by the fact that it is set in a high school with high school activities going on. his book is a great read!
Book Review: Very, very good Summary: 5 Stars
A very good book that explains how things worked in Hitler's time. This book should be read as an assignment in every school talking about Hitler and WWII. I am a German and I read the german version of the book. As a German, it is of quite an importance to know about the Nazi time.A must-read for everybody - not only for kids & teens! (My father read it too and found it great, either.)

Book Review: A great book - I enjoyed it! Summary: 5 Stars
In my opinion, The Wave is a great book because it shows how Germans went along with Hitler and the Nazis. It showed how the students went along with The Wave and they really didn't see what was going on. This book is insperational and you won't be able to put it down. My suggestion would be that everyone read this book. I don't read alot of books, but I would read this one again and again!
