Book Review: You will feel amazing!

I too was referred to Dr. Dowd for suspect rheumatoid arthritis. I had universal pain throughout my body. Dr. Dowd took his time and explained to me the importance of Vitamin D, I was clueless. That day I immediately began taking Vitamin D. It was amazing the difference. No more pain in my legs, hips, knees and elbows. My mental outlook was 100% improved. I had people ask me if I had lost weight because I looked so much better. I recommend this book and program to everyone.Book Review: Everyone needs to know this stuff!

It boggles my mind to realize how insufficient the recommended (RDA)amount of Vitamin D VERSUS the amount your body ACTUALLY needs to fight off infection, etc etc Everyone needs to have their vitamin D levels tested and then adjust their daily intake to their own needs...one more reason becoming your own 'patient advocate' is so critical. I highly recommend this book.Book Review: take this into consideration...

One of the things people don't realize: it's not the cheese...it's the pasteurization process. I found if I eat raw cheese, fresh orange juice, I have no problems digesting whatsoever. If it's pasteurized...watch out!!
The process kills all the beneficial enzymes, amino acids, & vitamins which are all temperature sensitive.

A well written and incredibly informative book. Most people are probably unaware of the vital role Vitamin D plays in our health and well being. I was shocked at the critical role of Vitamin D even from the time of conception. The Vitamin D Cure is a must read for everyone!
