...Truly an amazing book. By far the best spiritual-oriented book I've read in years.
My favorite quote from Cheryl's book:
"As we practice the art of surrender, we allow grace to shine a light on a better path."
I really like how she conveys that 'the answer is in the silence'. Meditation is essentially what this is. Sometimes it is really difficult to be in the moment and just *silent* in the mind. I started seeing everything differently once I was able to quiet down, and let my surroundings resonate beautifully. Learning how to meditate has done wonders for my overall outlook on life.
For someone like me who sometimes plans life methodologically and gets too caught up in the details, I can miss a lot of the real meaningful stuff. Being this way does benefit me, in my career for example, but I also need to be able to turn it off in order to simply relax~!
Grace has surprisingly touched my life upon reading this book. Cheryl guides you through journal exercises and mantras which absolutely and gently produce subtle and miraculous results. I was transformed by reading this book. Thank you Cheryl!
