Book Review: a must read for all ages

The book, The Ultimate Gift, is a must read for all ages. This book inspires us to continue living our lives and discovering great things in store for us.
I, too, have watched the movie. Some settings have been changed to suffice with the almost 2-hour movie run. Nevertheless, the thought that was inside the book were just similar that you can easily associate some of the real things that are happening.
Either reading the book or watching the movie will provide the wisdom even the contented man on earth could ever have.
Book Review: Challenge to growth

THE ULTIMATE GIFT is a thought-provoking story of personal growth. While the motivations are superficial (earning a stake in a large bequest), the changes in qualities of character are real. On the down side, some readers will find it a bit too pat. It's really a 21th century version of the old morality plays of the Middle Ages. There's nothing wrong with that: we all want to grow in moral character, and THE ULTIMATE GIFT defines the path to growth.Book Review: Vanilla

A nice book, but fairly basic and extremely predictable. Simple writing and a sentimental message makes this book a nice "gift" book for graduation, a milestone, etc. Borderline 3-4 stars, but its uplifting message (and from reading the book jacket, pretty remarkable author) gets it bumped up to four. I gave this book to my 13 year old grandson who would rather be playing sports and he enjoyed it so much that he read it in a few days. My daughter-in-law was so surprised at his enthusiasm that she read it also.
It's wonderful to see the whole family reading together.

This is an uncompicated simply written book with an unbelievable depth. It is not very long but it is packaged very nice. Predominately for a younger person. It would make a fantastic graduation gift. Bernice Knouse
