I would like to thank the author for letting us know that there is group of people who are conspiring against us. The book is shocking. I find especially shocking Chapter Five: Bilderberg Objectives. Quotes:
"Centralized Control of the People. By means of mind control, they plan to direct all humanity to obey their wishes. ... under the New World Order, no middle class, only rulers and servants."
"A Zero-Growth Society. ... Prosperity and progress make it impossible to implement repression, and you (Bilderberg) need repression if you hope to divide society into owners and slaves. ..."
"A State of Perpetual Imbalance. By artificially manufacturing crises that will put people under continual duress - ... - it is possible to keep people in a perpetual state of imbalance. Too tired and strung-out to decide their own destinies, populations will be confused and demoralized ..."
"Centralized Control of All Education. ... control of education in general is to allow One World globalists to sterilize the world's true past. Their efforts are bearing 'fantastic' fruit. Book has many unique values - it presents a lot of photographs and documents listing Bilderberg meeting attendees, agendas and reports. Reader can see famous names from elites around the world, politics, US and foreign countries governments, corporate executives, scientists, and even celebrities.
I wonder why "Radical reader" in her/his review says that book is poorly documented? Does this person have access to more documents?

Book Review: A must read for world conspiracy theorists!!!

Daniel Estulin's book provides an inside look at three of the most influential organizations in the world and the wealthy and powerful people that make up its members. The book focuses primarily on the
international Bilderberg Group with supporting documents and photographs from their annual secret meetings, and its American sister organizations - the Council on Foreign Relations, and the Trilateral Commission. The wealthy business people that run, sponsor and finance these organizations believe that private enterprise is better at running the world than governments are, and they are working hard to make this a reality.
The basic premise/conspiracy is that the goal of the Bilderberg Group and its affiliated organizations around the world is to create a "one world order" with one world goverment/corporation, a global bank and currency, a United Nations global army, one global identity and language, etc., working within a socialist monopolistic global economy, and ruled by the wealthy elite. They will achieve their goal by controlling resources, money, information, public opinion, government policy, and most importantly, by creating war and conflict so that everyone but the rich and powerful live in poverty and ignorance. And they will make you believe that this is all for the common good.
After reading this book you will understand who really runs the world, and particularly the US government, the reason for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, the current high price of oil, the mortgage crisis in the US, why the war on terror is a ruse, and many other revealing facts. You will understand that many domestic and world events to date were actually planned long in advance by the Bilderberg Group. This book is short, concise and to the point, and would have benefitted from going into more detail in some areas. Fortunately, the book does cite numerous sources for additional reading.

In these exciting times I feel a need to read a political thriller every week or so. There are a lot of books about having our rights rescinded via the Patriot Act. Plenty of books about CIA, Mossad, Blackwater, special ops adventures. Huge number of exposes about colorful politicians, hey even the dull ones normally get a book or two.
Who can resist books about international bankers, Illuminati, and the Bilderbergs? Not I. Due to the extreme difficulty in uncovering inside information on the Bilderbergs, I had yet to find a comprehensive tale of intrigue covering their august adventures. Then I got banned for mentioning the book at a political forum so I simply had to get it immediately.
I'm glad I did. This book is fun to read and about as informative as you could reasonably hope it to be. I think 2008 will be a watershed year in world history. It is probable that the Bilderbergers will provide the water. And the shed.
Forget the CFR, the Trilateral Commission, the masons/illuminati, and the transnational corporate heads. They all largely answer to the Bilderberg Group.
Book Review: The truth about who controls this 5 Stars
If you want to know about the secretive group who has been controlling our country and the world for decades, please read this book - If you knew the truth, you would realize there is NO energy crisis - it was made on purpose - all the economoic woes we are having were caused to happen on purpose- Watergate was created on purpose, Jimmy Carter was made President on purpose along with Bill Clinton- This book is so fascinating yet scary because it shows that we the people really have no power at all! Why we even vote is amazing! I am not a conspiracy believer and this author is no Oliver Stone! He is telling it straight from the inside where he has been and has the photos to prove it! What was interesting to me the most was why President John Kennedy was assassinated! The Bilderberger leaders own and control everything that effects our lives - esp. the oil companies, and the media and the politicians! A must read to get your mind working! They need to be exposed ! I hope by writing this, I don't get any death threats!
