If you are interested in sprouting, this should be the first book you buy. It is comprehensive and understandable, although it can be a little preachy at times. Anyone who is into survival preparation would be well-advised to look into sprouting as a means of adding fresh, wholesome foods to your long term food storage program. The seeds for sprouts are very stable and, in the event of food disruptions, sprouts would be an excellent way to balance your diet.
This book provides all the information you need on equipment, crop selection and nutrition. It is an excellent resource for anyone interested in self-sufficiency or good, healthy eating.
