Book Review: WOW - the best advice I've recieved in a long time

I had moved to a new climate and am also - gulp - aging so my skin started doing weird things, like breaking out at random, cracking etc. I spent all kinds of money on products that didn't work. After taking the test in this book - after 4 weeks - my skin looks LOVELY...the products are everyday products for you and I now know what ingredients to avoid for my skin type. Excellent gift for a girlfriend, your growing daughter, etc. LOVED IT!Book Review: Very informative

I really enjoyed this book because my skin is so difficult. I am sensitive, very oily, a touch of rosacea, and have acne. There are very few products on the market that would actually help. There are four different catagories that the writer classifies you as and combining these four gives you a better idea of what products to use. SO far so good. My skin looks healthy, hydrated, and mostly free from acne.Book Review: Finally, some real answers . . .

I have always had problem skin with acne being my main issue. I've tried a lot of products, but all of them lead to flaky, irritated skin. After a while I gave up and used the "benign neglect" skin care regimen. After reading this book and finding out my skin type I have been able to shop with more confidence and am in the process of implementing the suggestions from the book. I've read a lot of skin care books, but this one taught me a few new things. It was fun to determine which skin type I had, even though it turned out I had the worst one (acne-prone and wrinkle-prone), but at least there's a lot I can do to work with my skin to make it better. I highly recommend this book, even if you already are a skin care expert!Book Review: GREAT SKIN CARE INFORMATION.

This book is precise and gives great information about skin care. It gives you a quiz to figure out your skin type, then tells you what products to buy. It gives lots of options, from drugstore prices to department store. This gets down to the details, where other skin care books just scratch the surface. Dr. Baumann did a great job on this book!
