Book Reviews of The Seventeen TraditionsBook Review: Refreshingly different view of rural America about half a century ago Summary: 5 Stars
Was intrigued by Ralph Nader's views during and elections and decided to find out more about the man, hence this book. I've only read less than pages until now, but really like his writing style and ofcourse his values. A great read for anyone looking for self-reflection or a portable book to kill time. (Yep, you guessed it; it comes complete with a knife capable of killing time!)
Book Review: try not to finish it in one day Summary: 5 Stars
it is a brilliant book... book that "teaches you to think not to believe" Mr. Nader's life is full of wisdom so are his parents'. I usually don't write reviews but for this one, I could afford not to. you can't read this book and not relate it to something in your life... sometimes you feel that he is talking about you, your life and your family... it is great read...
Book Review: The best parenting book available! Summary: 5 Stars
Full of simple wisdom and insight. I cannot say enought about how delightful and important this book is, nor enough about the man who wrote it.
The world would be an AMAZING place were it full of Naders ...
Book Review: The Seventeen Traditions (Hardcover) by Ralph Nader Summary: 5 Stars
One of the best books I've ever read. I can identify with Nader's childhood and environment. Brought back lots of memories. He is practical, sensible, and does not overstate the need for people doing the right thing.
Book Review: Wonderful Summary: 5 Stars
The story of Ralph Nader's childhood is very inspirational. I had to get a copy for my parents to read. He really credits his parents and upbringing for everything he has done. It's an easy and great read.
