This wonderful book and tape combination really work. If you are new to self-hypnosis, you will love all the background information in the book. And be prepared to do some reading before listening to the tape. I liked the woman's English accent, very soothing. The induction method is fast, as easy as counting to 10. The only drawback? You are suggested to go to a lovely garden, which is perfect for the beginner. But eventually you need to draw on your own imagination to keep it fresh.
