Book Review: A great audio CD

I've been listening to Kelly Howell for years and have loved just about all of her audio CD's. I came across 'The Secret' book awhile back and watched the DVD too. It wasn't until later that I bought 'The Secret Meditation', and by adding 'The Secret' into it, it's amazing. A wonderful and soothing audio CD that I highly recommend, and a book I highly recommend is Understanding: Train of Thought.Book Review: I'm still in the trial period

I have been listening to this nightly for a couple of weeks now; I can't say that I have been able to every night though, so I'm still a novice and no where near the recommended six weeks.
Yet answers to some very troubling questions have been entering into my dreams already, which really surprised me. I'm anxious to see what the next four or five weeks will bring.

The affirmations are possitive, universal and spoken in a very soothing yet powerful voice.
